Update your eBooth Listing - Showcase your booth and attract attendees to your booth

The deadline to update your print directory listing has passed. However, you can still make changes to your eBooth listing! The information in your eBooth listing is used to match you with attendees looking for your products in the networkNow portal!

Your basic networkNOW ebooth listing includes:

  • 500 Character Description
  • 5 Product Categories
  • Social Media links
  • Brands
  • 20 Attendee Direct Connect Emails

Do you have product images, videos and show specials that you would like to showcase on your eBooth? Visit the Add-Ons page to see the options for upgrading your eBooth. This exposure requires little time from you and allows you to reach 2-3 times more attendees.

IMPORTANT LEAD RETRIEVAL NOTICE:

ATTENDEE BADGE CHANGE NOTICE! GlobalShop badges will no longer contain barcodes. They will have a QR code with limited data, but full data can be acquired online. **If you use your own lead retrieval system, this will affect you. To access demographic data, you will need to purchase the Developer’s Kit Real Time Data Services (RTS). If you rent scanning units through Experient, you will have new options to choose from, including an app for phone or tablets.

Lead Retrieval Units may be rented from Experient using the link or form provided in the Official Service Provider Order Forms section of the GlobalShop Exhibitor Manual. On-site, Lead Retrieval Units can be picked up from and returned to the Lead Retrieval counters at the Exhibitor Service Center.


Media List Requests:

A listing of media registered to attend the show will be available two weeks prior to the show. All requests to receive an updated media registration list must be made in writing and sent to: globalshopmedia@gmail.com

Only those exhibitors who have requested it in writing will be added to the distribution list to receive updates. Members of the media have the option to opt out of sharing their contact information. If a member of the media chooses not to have their contact information shared, we will only provide the publication and name of the person attending.


Public Relations Support for Exhibitors:

Press Release Distribution: The cost to post press releases to the show web site is per release is $250. However, exhibitors who have already purchased the Silver Enhanced Marketing Package receive 1 press release in the package. Those who have purchased the Gold Enhanced Marketing Package receive 5 press releases in the package. You may purchase press releases / enhanced marketing packages as well as upload them in the Exhibitor Service Portal.

Product Information Submissions: With 700+ exhibitors, we can’t know everything in your booth, so we want you to tell us what’s new!  The attached product information form will help our PR team direct appropriate media to your booth during the show, and will offer our own spokespeople greater knowledge of the fabulous products and services on the show floor as they are speaking to the press. Please complete the product information form no later than Friday, March 6th.

Press Kit Distribution: The press center is located at Mandalay Bay - South Pacific Ballroom D.Press Kit drop off will take place on Monday, March 23rd between 2 and 5pm.

DO NOT MAIL PRESS KITS DIRECTLY TO THE PRESS ROOM. If you must ship them, mail them to one of your own team members on site who can bring them to the press room.
