Congratulations to winner, Pan Pacific Mfg. Inc., who was chosen among 27 entries as the winner of the idX Green Product Challenge at GlobalShop 2008. Pan Pacific's winning product, the "Poly Denim" bag, is made from 100 percent recycled plastic bottles. The earth-friendly and stylish bags are an environmentally conscious alternative for packaging, made with a special technique that gives them a stone-washed denim look. The winner for best green product in the showcase will win recognition at the A.R.E. Retail Design Awards, and a prize package valued at $10,000.
